Here are Tuesday’s newest developments:

Rose McGowan’s Twitter Account Restored After Suspension

McGowan’s Twitter account was unlocked as of Thursday at 7:20 a.m. PT after the actress deleted her that included a private phone number.

“We have been in touch with Ms. McGowan’s team. We want to explain that her account was temporarily locked because one of her Tweets included a private phone number, which violates our Terms of Service,” a rep for Twitter said in a statement. “The was removed and her account has been unlocked. We will be clearer about these policies and decisions in the future.”

“Twitter is proud to empower and support the voices on our platform, especially those that speak truth to power,” the rep added. “We stand with the brave women and men who use Twitter to share their stories, and will work hard every day to improve our processes to protect those voices.”

McGowan quote tweeted Twitter’s statement, saying: “When will nuclear war violate your terms of service?”

The post included a screenshot of Twitter’s ultimatum to either delete the tweets that violated Twitter’s rules or her account would be frozen with the exception of sending direct messages. Twitter also said her account was under a temporary freeze that prevented her from using her account for 12 hours.
